Maya's Vegetarian Chilli Burger (v)
Ingredients
- 1 Burger bun
- 1 Vegetarian burger patty (this one is a vegan beyond burger patty)
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2-3 sliced red onion rings
- 2 slices of tomato
- Grilled herby feta (see recipe below)
- 2 tsp. of Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce
Method
- Grill the burger patty on a BBQ or pan
- Toast the bun
- Place the lettuce on the bottom half
- Top the lettuce with the grilled patty
- Top the patty with Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce
- Place the tomatoes and onions on top of the patty
- Spread the grilled herby feta on the top half of the bun
- Close the burger and enjoy!
