Maya's Rye Bread with Feta, Avocado, Seeds & Chilli (v)


  • 1 slice of rye bread
  • Cottage cheese or feta (any desired cheese can be used; brie is also good)
  • Half an avocado
  • Nuts or mixed seeds
  • 1-2 tsp. of Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce


  1. Lightly toast the rye bread and cut into two pieces
  2. Spread the bread with cottage cheese
  3. Slice the avocado and lay on top of the cheese
  4. Sprinkle with nuts or mixed seeds
  5. Drizzle Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce on top

(if you are using feta, place the avocado on the bread first and then add the feta on top)

Awesome for brunch or after a workout!
