Delicious Bbq Chilli Lamb Chops
- 8 lamb chops
- 3 heaped tablespoons Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce
- Place the lamb chops in a deep bowl, add Maya’s Chilli Sauce.
- Give the lamb chops a goods rub with the chilli sauce on both sides.
- Leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Heat a barbecue until hot. Barbecue the chops over the coals for 3 mins on each side until cooked but still pink and juicy in the centre.
- Rest for a minute and finish with rock salt flakes if preferred.
