Delicious Bbq Chilli Lamb Chops


  • 8 lamb chops
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Maya’s Nørrebro Chilli Sauce


  1. Place the lamb chops in a deep bowl, add Maya’s Chilli Sauce.
  2. Give the lamb chops a goods rub with the chilli sauce on both sides.
  3. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
  4. Heat a barbecue until hot. Barbecue the chops over the coals for 3 mins on each side until cooked but still pink and juicy in the centre.
  5. Rest for a minute and finish with rock salt flakes if preferred.
